It all starts with a cold beer in hand.

The dew from the bottle moistens the fingers.
The heat from the fire hits the legs.
Sand between the toes.
Friends around us.
Laughter that has settled as soreness in the abdominal muscles.
The sea, drying on the skin and leaving behind the white salt streaks from the day's waves.

The sun is slowly setting.
The light hits the faces in the last gold.
The air is still.
And the thought strikes:

“Shut up, I just love existing.”

It was there that Mandala was born.

Mandala is the ultimate illustration of creation.
A picture of how everything manifests.
You first saw it in your head, and then you created it into your reality.
Whether it's a trick on your skateboard, catching a wave on your surfboard, a piece of music, or a work of art under your hands, it all starts with one thing, a vision, and the belief that one day it will be part of your reality.

A mandala begins as a small circle in the middle and if you keep building on it, it can develop infinitely. Just like our abilities.

At Mandala Crew, we work to awaken that awareness in people and our product is a reminder of how much creation runs through all of us, and how wild it is that we can shape our own reality.

Besides that, we love the sea.
The ocean occupies the largest area on Earth, and it is the root of all life.
Without the sea, no man. So we owe the sea our attention.

From that love, the word “coasting” emerged, our internal concept.

“Coasting” is when you camp by the water for several days at a time with your gear and is part of the life philosophy of Escapism, which is about retreating to the real thing.
To rediscover oneself in nature, by the sea, in movement and silence..

You rise with the sun, slide out on your paddleboard or in your kayak and move silently over the surface.
You catch a wave on your surfboard and then you sit by the fire with friends. You are just… present. You feel yourself.

For us, movement is meditation.
Whether you're standing on your skateboard, catching a wave on your surfboard, exercising, or... yes, meditating, you're putting energy into motion.

It is Energy in motion.
That's the niche we've chosen.
Because it is one of the most amazing skills we humans possess when something moves from mind to body and into reality:
You can see it for yourself.
Repeating it over and over again.
Until you are one with it.
Like a surfer catching a wave, fluid, effortless, perfect...

The slang “Energy in motion” comes from the word e-motion , meaning emotion , our feelings.
Because emotions are not weakness.
They are energy that moves through us and out into the world.
And without feeling it and seeing it clearly, it will never be able to come out into reality through us.

Mandala is not about fashion.
It's about people who dare to create.
